Best Flex Network Acceptable Use Policy

By accessing or using any website, service, or product operated by The Best Flex Network ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy").

This Policy forms part of our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Prohibited Content

You must not use our services to create, upload, post, host, distribute, link to, or otherwise make available any content that features, promotes, facilitates, or depicts:

  1. Exploitation or abuse
    • Any person under the age of 18, including fictional, role-played, implied, or AI-generated content
    • Sexual exploitation, abuse, or harm of any individual
    • Non-consensual acts, coercion, rape, sexual assault, or lack of clear consent
  2. Extreme or illegal sexual content
    • Necrophilia
    • Bestiality
    • Bodily fluids, including blood, urine, or excrement
    • Incest
    • Extreme violence, torture, or harm
    • Suicide or self-harm
  3. Hate or harassment
    • Hate speech or hateful conduct based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or disease
    • Harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing, or intimidation
    • Defamation or false statements about a real person
  4. Public or unsafe conduct
    • Public nudity or explicit conduct in places where the public may reasonably see it
    • Use of objects or activities in a way likely to cause physical or mental harm
  5. Illegal or regulated activities
    • Any illegal activity or content under applicable UK law or other relevant jurisdictions
    • Sale, promotion, or facilitation of regulated or controlled goods or services, including weapons, drugs, or gambling
  6. Fraud, deception, and impersonation
    • Misleading or deceptive conduct
    • False or inaccurate descriptions of content, accounts, or services
    • Impersonation of another person or entity
    • Misrepresentation of affiliation with The Best Flex Network
  7. Intellectual property violations
    • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
    • Uploading or distributing content you do not have the legal right to use
  8. Non-consensual or manipulated imagery
    • Any explicit image or video of a person without their consent
    • Deepfake, AI-generated, altered, or manipulated intimate imagery without authorisation

Prohibited Activities

  1. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data
  2. Interfere with or disrupt our websites, services, or infrastructure
  3. Upload malware, viruses, trojans, or malicious code
  4. Scrape, copy, download, redistribute, or harvest content or user data
  5. Use information obtained from our services to confuse, mislead, or compete unfairly
  6. Circumvent our payment systems or facilitate off-platform transactions
  7. Contact users to arrange private agreements outside our platform
  8. Suggest or imply endorsement by The Best Flex Network

Enforcement

If we determine, in our sole discretion that you have breached this Policy, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including without limitation:

  • Removing or disabling access to content
  • Suspending or terminating your account(s)
  • Withholding or terminating services
  • Reporting activity to relevant authorities

We are not required to provide notice before taking action.
